A questão pede que você conjugue os verbos no PRESENT PERFECT. No Present Perfect você vai usar o verbo auxiliar HAVE/HAS e o verbo principal no PARTICIPLE (ED no final, com exceção dos irregulares). Por exemplo:

You have played this game. - You haven't played this game. - Have you played this game?

She has played this game. - She hasn't played this game. - Has she played this game?

As respostas da atividade então seriam:

1 - She has been sick since January.

2 - They have arrived since yesterday.

3 - She has worked at the hospital since April.

4 - The boy has broken the window.

5 - I have lived here for ten years.
